LCJ MISSION STATEMENT
 
 
                      
                                    
 
                                    LCJ is a national coalition of defense trial lawyer organizations, law firms, and corporations that promotes excellence
                                    and fairness in the civil justice system to secure the just, speedy, and inexpensive determination of civil cases. 
                                           
 
 
                                                                                                              LCJ’s Principal Goals:
 
                                                                               1. Promoting balance and fairness in the civil justice system
                                                                               2. Reducing costs and burdens associated with litigation
                                                                               3. Promoting more predictability and efficiency in litigation
 
 
 
                                                                                                              The Purposes of LCJ:
 
                                                       1. Forming coalitions among defense trial lawyers associations, law firms, and businesses
                                                       2. Actively participating in the judicial, rulemaking, and legislative processes at the federal and state levels
                                                       3. Monitoring and providing input on initiatives impacting the civil justice system
