Lawyers for Civil Justice (LCJ) is a national coalition of defense counsel organizations, law firms and corporations that promotes excellence and fairness in the civil justice system to secure the just, speedy and inexpensive determination of civil cases.

LCJ members include corporate counsel and defense counsel from DRI – The Voice of the Defense Bar, Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel and the International Association of Defense Counsel, with membership covering 40 states and three countries.

LCJ succeeds by galvanizing our network of corporate and defense counsel and legal scholars to advocate for balance and fairness in the civil justice system. Our formal comments and public testimony provide compelling reasons for rule makers to give serious consideration to meaningful rule reform.
