LCJ Amicus Brief in Hanshaw v. Crown Equipment Corporation, Missouri Supreme Court

LCJ’s amicus brief urges the Missouri Supreme Court to properly apply expert evidence admission standard in Missouri’s rule on the admission of expert evidence, Missouri Code Section 490.065.2, in a manner consistent with its analogue, amended FRE 702.
